What is Genital Botox for?
HangTox® is scrotum Botox, sometimes referred to as ScroTox. The treatment for botox in the scrotum is aimed at making the scrotum hang lower at baseline. HangTox also helps with scrotum sweating.
ShowTox® is penile Botox. The treatment for penile botox injections is aimed at making the penis look larger when flaccid and may help with erectile dysfunction as botox for ED.

Our Approach to Genital Botox
The results of HangTox (botox for the scrotum) allow the cremaster muscle of the scrotum to relax. The cremaster muscle is responsible for the reflex of pulling the balls closer to the body when the individual is cold or experiencing anxiety, etc. Some people’s cremaster muscle is naturally more hyperflexed and they always feel like their balls are very tight against their body, while others can have the opposite which is a more relaxed cremaster muscle, this allows their balls to hang lower at baseline. With HangTox’s™ scrotum botox results, the scrotum appears bigger or more filled out, the testicles hang more loosely or lower, and some patients report that sex is more pleasurable, and on average, the noninvasive scrotal enhancement takes a few minutes.
ShowTox® (Penile Botox) works by relaxing the smooth muscles within the corpus cavernosum, allowing these tissues to retain slightly more blood. This leads to both a longer and lower-hanging appearance when flaccid and a semi-erect look without the need for an actual erection. As an alternative support for ED (erectile dysfunction) botox for the penis improves relaxation in the corpus cavernosum, with some patients reporting firmer and harder erections, enhancing sexual confidence.

FAQs
Does HangTox and ShowTox hurt?
We utilize a prescription strength topical numbing cream and we also provide our patients the option to utilize ProNox (laughing gas) to make them comfortable before the scrotal and penile botox treatment. With both of these modalities, patients report little to no pain.
How long does it take to see the results after the treatment?
Similar to traditional Botox treatments, the effects of these procedures typically take about two weeks to fully develop. You should expect some minor changes within the first few days as the Botox starts to take effect, and the full results of genital Botox—whether it’s a smoother appearance for the scrotum or a more relaxed, fuller look for the penis—will be visible around the two-week mark.
Is there bruising and swelling?
Yes, patients should expect mild bruising and swelling for a week after scrotum botox or botox penile injection treatment, but this is minimal downtime compared to invasive procedures.
How long do the results of genital botox?
With the appropriate dosing, both penile and scrotal Botox results will last 3-4 months as they do with facial Botox. Patients can always receive more treatments at our men’s med spa after the results wear off.
Is HangTox and ShowTox safe?
Yes, as long as proper procedures are followed along with the correct pre and post-care for genital botox, HangTox and ShowTox are both safe.
Does ShowTox help prevent erectile dysfunction?
Studies have shown that botox penile enlargement may help improve erectile dysfunction and result in fuller and harder erections. This treatment for ED is done by injecting botox into the corpus cavernosum, facilitating blood flow to help achieve an erection.
What is the difference between HangTox and Scrotox?
The procedures are the same treatment, HangTox is Lushful Aesthetics' trademarked name for this service.
Does ScroTox help reduce wrinkles?
Yes, ScroTox can help reduce wrinkles in the scrotal area. Studies indicate that injecting Botox into the smooth muscles of the scrotum may lead to a reduction in wrinkling, resulting in a smoother and more relaxed appearance.
