It is important to follow the correct pre-care instruction to make the most of your procedure. Here are our guidelines:
Avoid alcohol for a week before receiving penile girth enhancement.
Consult with your medical provider if you can discontinue blood thinning medication such as Ibuprofen, Excedrin, Aspirin, Aleve, and Fish Oil 2 weeks before your penis girth filler procedure.
Post-Care
It is important to follow the correct after care instruction to make the most of your procedure. Here are our guidelines:
No working out for 24 hours.
No hot tubs, pools, or saunas for 3 days.
No masturbating for 3 days for 24 hours.
No sex of any kind (including oral) for at least a week. We recommend avoiding it for 2 weeks.
Thoroughly wash your penis the day of having your penis filler shots injected.
After a week you can start massaging your penis per instructions provided during your treatment.

Patients who have been treated with silicone are NOT candidates for penis filler revisions, unfortunately. Permanent solutions like these are unable to be corrected. We advise you to speak with your last provider or a plastic surgeon about surgical removal of these fillers.
Most patients should expect a few days of mild tenderness. Moderate swelling should be expected for 72 hours and then potential mild swelling may linger for two weeks depending on the individual. Strenuous activity and sexual activity should be limited for 24 hours after penile filler revision has been applied.

Hyaluronidase is an enzyme utilized to dissolve hyaluronic acid based dermal filler. The dissolver will be mixed with lidocaine so the procedure is comfortable. There will be swelling present after your penis filler revision. Some small bruises may also occur after penis filler dissolves. Bruising and swelling typically take 1-2 weeks to fully settle. But the area will progressively improve day by day.

Penis filler and Penis Filler dissolving have no effects on sensitivity or erection quality. There are no studies on semen quality post-penis filler or after the use of hyularonidase in the penis, though it seems unlikely that modifying the penis has any impact on testicular function.

Current evidence indicates that non-surgical enhancement revisions have no sustained impact on sensitivity, erection quality, or sexual function from HA filler or the dissolving enzyme. While long-term data on semen quality are limited, there’s no indication of adverse effects.
Once hyaluronidase is administered into either the head or the shaft of the penis, it begins dissolving the hyaluronic acid filler almost immediately. Visual changes can be noticeable in the hours or days following the procedure, though full settling and healing usually take up to two weeks. With some HA fillers, multiple dissolving sessions may be required to fully dissolve the filler.
Delayed onset nodules are firm lumps that can develop under the skin weeks to months after a penis filler treatment. Unlike normal swelling that happens right away, these nodules appear later and may feel hard to the touch or, in some cases, may be visible on the surface.
