Chris has been so excellent in providing my laser hair removal treatments over the past year. The experience itself can be uncomfortable in many ways, but he has always treated me with such kindness, professionalism, and stellar bedside etiquette — all of which has made the overall process much smoother and more manageable. I have darker hair, and my skin has changed and tanned with the seasons, but he's always been able to titrate the laser strength appropriately. I came in for botox with Chris and a Hydrafacial with Marco and had the loveliest experience! It was my first time getting botox and Chris explained to me exactly where + why I needed it, how it works, what to expect, etc. He worked quickly yet meticulously and I couldn't be happier with my results. The Hydrafacial was super relaxing and spa-like. I don't typically like massages or facials but Marco made me feel so comfortable I think I even fell asleep for a moment or two. Great service and knowledge in this practice. Chris knows what he’s doing and uses the best judgement of how much is needed per client. The two week follow up to make sure everything is going well is a sign of great service. Will continue booking appts and hopefully try other services in the near future. From start to finish, this was an amazing experience visiting Lushful. I booked a Hydrafacial with Marco and it for sure was the best one I have ever gotten. He made sure to take his time to ensure my face was feeling brand new at the end. He even recommended products for my skin’s problem areas.
