Refunds
Aesthetic services are medical and/or professional services and are not retail products. Because treatment outcomes vary and because products and provider time are used during treatment, payments for completed services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing by Lushful Aesthetics.
Refund requests, if any, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Offering a refund, partial refund, courtesy adjustment, follow-up visit, correction, dissolution, or other accommodation in one case does not obligate us to offer the same in any other case.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
Patient Responsibilities
