Cost of Scrotum Filler (ScroFill)
ScroFill® pricing is based on the amount of hyaluronic acid filler used during treatment. Some patients require more filler than others to achieve a symmetrical and rounded appearance. We price based on the amount of filler used for optimal ScroFill results, and the pricing is based on the tiers shown below.
The minimum amount of filler recommended for a first-time treatment is 10 syringes. On average 15-20 syringes are recommended for an optimal result.
- First 10 syringes: $8,500
- Additional syringes: $700 per syringe
To qualify for discounted pricing, all syringes must be used during one session.
Combined scrotal and penile filler procedures are priced according to total filler volume.
Touch-ups are priced as:
- First 5 syringes: $4500
- Second 5 syringes: $800 per additional syringe
- Over 10 syringes: $700 per additional syringe
OUR APPROACH
Scrotum enlargement is performed by injecting a thin hyaluronic acid filler into the dermal layer of the scrotum. This increases the volume of the scrotal skin, making the scrotum and testicles appear fuller and larger.
Scrotum enhancement results from an aesthetic clinic slowly fade away over approximately 2-3 years, depending on the total amount of filler used.
The hyaluronic acid filler used in scrotum injections is safe, as the body naturally produces it in areas such as the eyes, skin, and joints. Hyaluronic acid binds to water molecules, hydrating the skin which helps to maintain skin volume and density.
This process also creates an environment that supports collagen production.

Before receiving scrotum filler treatment, patients should follow several preparation guidelines:
Avoid alcohol for a week before receiving scrotum enhancer.
Consult with your medical provider if you can discontinue blood thinning medication such as Ibuprofen, Excedrin, Aspirin, Aleve, and Fish Oil 2 weeks prior to scrotum filler.
Post-Care
Following scrotal enhancement treatment:
No working out for 24 hours.
No hot tubs, pools, or saunas for 48 hours.
No sex of any kind (including oral) for 48 hours.
Thoroughly wash your scrotum the day of having ScroFill performed.
