Notice Requirement: Cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 72 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. Deposit policies vary by location, see below.
How to Cancel/Reschedule: Use our online scheduler to cancel or reschedule up to your appointment time.
Late Cancellation Fee:
A general late cancellation fee of $250.
For Laser Hair Removal, 50% of the procedure cost is charged.
For Patients on packages, you forfeit the session of your package.
No-Show Fee: Full price of the service(s) scheduled or loss of a session of your package.
Late Arrival: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling and a late cancellation fee.
Deposit: Are Non-refundable. Late cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling more than once results in the loss of the non-refundable deposit.
New York: 72 hours required to reschedule to maintain your deposit.
San Diego: 1 week required to reschedule to maintain your deposit.
Communication: Confirmation/reminder emails and texts are sent 5 days before the appointment. Opting out of communications makes it your responsibility to remember and confirm your appointment times.
Urgent Changes: Contact us ASAP by texting/calling 917-277-3398 if you can’t make your appointment. DMs and emails are not accepted for cancellations.
Pattern of Cancellations/No-Shows: Repeat offenders may be required to provide a deposit before booking future appointments; this is managed on a case-by-case basis.
All appointments at our NYC medspa are scheduled online. A procedure deposit is required. You can schedule your appointment by selecting “BOOK NOW” on our website. For consultations, please call the office.
You can log in to your Patient profile here to see your appointment information and history, vouchers for your packages, and reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Our clinic in Hillcrest, San Diego is located at 3503 Fourth Ave Suite D, San Diego, CA 92103. Street parking is available but limited, so we recommend researching parking in the area before your appointment.
We offer consultations in person or virtually. Please call our office to schedule. Consultations have a $300 fee that is required at the time of booking. The fee is non-refundable but you can apply this fee to any procedure you receive with us on a future appointment.
Generally, cosmetic procedures that are purely aesthetic are not covered by insurance. However, certain treatments can have medical justifications that might qualify them for insurance coverage. We recommend consulting with your insurance provider to understand which treatments can be covered based on your specific policy. For cosmetic procedures that are not covered, our medspa in NYC offers financing options to help manage the costs.

Our medspa in NYC is located near Bryant Park at 18 E 41 Street on the 14th Floor. The nearest subway stations are Bryant Park on the 7 line and Grand Central Terminal on the 4,5,6 and 7 trains. Street parking is extremely limited, so we recommend researching parking garages in the area before your appointment if you intend to drive.
We partner with Cherry Financing to help you pay off your procedure in monthly installments. You can learn more about Cherry on our financing page. We do not accept CareCredit.
A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments at the time of scheduling. This deposit is applied to the cost of your treatment. If you need to reschedule, the deposit will cover your treatment cost for one change, as long as it’s done in line with our cancellation policy. However, if you cancel late, don’t show up, or reschedule more than once, you will lose your deposit. As a small business, frequent reschedulings and late cancellations greatly affect our ability to provide the best service to all our clients.
We recommend that all patients eat at least a light snack before any procedure. This helps maintain your comfort and ensures you remain steady during the treatment, especially since some cosmetic procedures might cause light-headedness. Try to avoid ingesting caffeine or other stimulants within 2 hours before your procedure.
