Swelling should be expected. It takes about 2 weeks for swelling to subside. Residual minor swelling may linger up to 4 weeks. Please plan accordingly prior to major events.

Filler in the cheeks slowly fades away over 3 years, depending on what product is utilized during the cheek filler procedure.
This depends on the cheek filler product utilized. If hyaluronic acid-based fillers are utilized, then yes, the HA filler is completely dissolvable. If Radiesse® is utilized, it can be partially dissolved. The remaining amount of filler will need to break down naturally over 2-3 years.
Typically, cheek fillers take at least 2 weeks to settle. However, some patients may have residual swelling and should expect to wait at least 4 weeks to appreciate the final result.
Patients with excessive cheek volume or heavily defined cheekbones should most likely avoid cheek filler and focus on balancing other aspects of their face. This can be discussed during your appointment.
Yes. The cheeks are one of the most common areas for patients to inject. As a results oriented med spa for men, we almost always recommend patients receive cheek filler to balance out when they receive jawline filler for optimal results.
